Josephine Taylor is a writer, editor and educator living in Perth, Western Australia. Her debut novel, Eye of a Rook, was published by Fremantle Press in February 2021 and subsequently shortlisted in the WA Premier’s Book Awards. Josephine is an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Edith Cowan University and past Associate Editor at Westerly (2017–2022), at the University of Western Australia. She began her second novel as an Emerging Writer-in-Residence at Katharine Susannah Prichard Writers’ Centre in 2022.
